Our Offerings
Our core mission is to provide a sacred space where clients can embark on personal journeys toward body comfort and deep peacefulness. We support them in discovering body-mind alignment by helping them reduce stress and hidden tensions while tuning into their inner guidance.
Therapeutic Bodywork
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the body’s natural healing ability. CST focuses on the craniosacral system (CSS), which includes the membranes and fluids that protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord.
With light touch, the therapist listens to the subtle rhythms of the CSS identifying areas of tension or restriction. By following these rhythms, CST helps release tension, restore balance, facilitate relaxation, and reduce pain.
CST is an inside-out therapy that works with the fascia, which weaves throughout and interconnects the whole body. As things release and shift, its common that you may feel changes in areas beyond where the therapist is working.
Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) is a hands-on technique that focuses on releasing tension within the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. Chronic tension or injury can cause fascia to become tight and restrictive, leading to pain and limited movement.
MFR uses gentle, sustained pressure to stretch and release the fascia, improving flexibility, reducing pain, and restoring balance in the body. As the fascia releases, clients often experience greater mobility and a deeper sense of relaxation. MFR is a safe and effective therapy for those dealing with chronic pain, stiffness, or injuries, promoting overall physical and emotional well-being.
MFR is easily blended within CST sessions.
SomatoEmotional Release®
SomatoEmotional Release® (SER) is a therapeutic process used in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy (CST) that helps release physical tensions retained by the body after accidents, injuries, or trauma. Over time, these stored tensions can contribute to discomfort and movement pattern restrictions.
By supporting the body’s natural ability to release what it has been holding, SER can promote physical ease and may also bring a sense of emotional relief. While the primary focus is on facilitating physical tissue release, clients sometimes report experiencing positive emotional or spiritual shifts as their bodies let go of stored tension.
SER is a complementary manual therapy technique and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Awareness-Based Healing
In awareness-based healing, the power lies in the practice of focused attention. This work can be done independently or with the support of a facilitator. Whether alone or in partnership, the process involves cultivating deep awareness of what’s present—tensions, constrictions, or incomplete expressions within the body-mind. Through this conscious attention, patterns that create imbalance can be gently recognized and allowed to shift. When working with a facilitator, I support the process by holding a space of presence and goodwill, while the client’s own inner wisdom guides the unfolding of comfort and wholeness.
Beyond Bodywork
Connection-Based Healing
My approach to Connection-Based Healing begins with a simple yet powerful intention: to offer genuine goodwill and support. In focusing on this intention, the noise of the world often fades away, leaving space for an undeniable connection with the deeper, peaceful aspects of ourselves. This profound sense of connection fosters a pure, goodwill feeling, creating a deep peace that radiates outward, facilitating healing without words. Connection-Based Healing invites you to discover the wholeness and peace that already exists within you, connecting to your true self and the world around you.
Presence-Based Healing
Presence-Based Healing" is a silent, receptive practice of being fully present with yourself, others, and the world around you. It doesn’t rely on words, specific intentions, or structured techniques but centers on cultivating stillness, openness, and deep inner awareness. This practice invites the mind to quiet naturally, creating space for the heart to open and fostering a transformative experience of peace, connection, and clarity. Over time, it nurtures a way of being that is guided more by presence, inner wisdom, and authentic connection than by thought alone.
All of our offerings work with the inner wisdom of the body, intending to gently release restrictions that inhibit the self-correcting, self-healing abilities of the body.

Your table session, which includes Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release Therapy, is a deeply relaxing and personalized experience. Here’s what you can expect:
Before your session, arrive a few minutes early in comfortable clothing to allow time to settle in. If it’s your first visit, please complete all online intake forms and consents before arriving.
During your session, we’ll begin with a discussion of your concerns, session goals, and wellness needs. Your treatment may include a blend of craniosacral release, myofascial release, focused awareness, and therapeutic massage techniques. The touch may be light or progressively—but gently—deeper, depending on your body’s response. Experiences vary—some clients feel immediate fascia release, pain reduction, tension relief, or deep relaxation, while others notice changes in the hours or days after.
After your session, we’ll briefly discuss any questions, and how your nervous system and fascia responded. You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or even a bit tired as your body processes the work. We’ll go over next steps, including scheduling your next treatment session.

Yes.
Many people associate pain relief with deep pressure, but Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release Therapy work differently. Instead of forcing tight muscles to release, these gentle techniques help the nervous system and fascia unwind naturally, leading to deep and lasting relief.
Craniosacral Therapy focuses on subtle movements in the cranial and sacral system—membranes and fluids that surround the brain and spinal cord—to release tension, while Myofascial Release targets restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles. Both approaches are highly effective for pain management, tension relief, and nervous system healing without the discomfort of intense pressure.
Gentle bodywork focuses on creating shifts at a deeper level, which aren’t always immediately noticeable. The body often processes these changes over hours or days, leading to improved movement, reduced pain, and a sense of ease. Many clients report feeling better the next day or even noticing unexpected improvements in their posture, sleep, or energy levels.
Instead of waiting for intense pressure, try tuning into more subtle sensations—like warmth, breath changes, tummy gurgles, muscle twitches and pulses, or relaxation spreading through your body. These are signs that your system is responding and releasing tension without causing resistance or added stress. This approach encourages lasting, profound healing by honoring the body’s innate intelligence.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release, and other forms of Therapeutic Bodywork are generally safe, gentle, and well-tolerated. However, as with any bodywork or awareness-based healing, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Temporary Discomfort: Some clients experience mild soreness or body tension release after a session, similar to what you might feel after a therapeutic massage. This typically resolves within a day or two.
Emotional Release: Because this work engages the nervous system and fascia, emotional responses may arise during or after a session. This is a normal part of the healing process and can be a sign that your body is letting go of stored tension.
Fatigue or General Soreness: A small percentage of clients report feeling tired, lightheaded, or experiencing mild soreness following a craniosacral therapy session. These effects are usually short-lived as the body adjusts.
Skin Sensitivities: If any oils or lotions are used during your session, there is a small risk of allergic reactions. Please inform your therapist of any skin sensitivities.
If you have any specific medical conditions or concerns, be sure to include them on your intake forms so we can ensure that Craniosacral Therapy or Myofascial Release is right for you. Your safety, comfort, and well-being are our top priorities!
